MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES

     Family Membership: Includes married couples and individuals or divorced persons with custody of a child or children, as well as, a man and woman sharing the same household. Full privleges are extended under this category to dependent, single children up to age 22 who are full-time college students.

     Single Membership: Includes membership for one, unmarried person who does not have custody of a dependent child or children.

     Social Membership (Non-Recreational): This category is available and provides for clubhouse privledges only. No golf. No exceptions.

     Student Membership: This category is available to (1) junior high and high school students and (2) full-time college students age 22 and under who are not otherwise eligible under family memberships, however, members of the high school golf team whose families are not members of the club are extended courtesy use of the course but only during the high school golf season and only in accordance with the provisions of any contract to be negotiated between the club and the local high school.

     Out-of-County Family Membership: Includes married couples and individuals or divorced persons with custody of a child or children, as well as, a man and woman sharing the same household, with their primary residence being outside of Adair County.

     Out-of-County Single Membership: Includes membership for one, unmarried person who does not have custody of a dependent child or children, with their primary residence being outside of Adair County.

 

GREENFIELD GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
MEMBERSHIP POLICY

ADMISSION TO MEMBERSHIP

     New members shall contact the President, pay $150 membership share and make first payment of dues for the current year. Membership share will be refunded if a member chooses to cease membership, provided written notification is given to club President or Secretary prior to next dues payment date. For example, if you want to drop membership for 2017, written notice must be received prior to January 15, 2017, or membership share of $150 will be forfeited. If you choose to drop for second half, written notice must be received by June 15, 2017. Prospective members may play golf in the company of a member for green fees. Adair County resident non-members may play 3 times if accompanied by a member for green fees. Green fees must be paid prior to play. If the bar is not open, payment may be placed in an envelope and dropped in the green fees box located in the lower west entryway.

Family Membership: $855 annual / $71.25 per month [With One Cart Stall: $955/$79.58]

Out of County: $485 annual / $40.42 per month [With One Cart Stall: $585/$48.75]


Single Membership: $700 annual / $58.33 per month [With One Cart Stall: $800/$66.67]

Out of County: $410 annual / $34.17 per month [With One Cart Stall: $510/$42.50]

 

Membership definitions remain the same as described in the 2016 Yearbook.  Please let Craig Plymesser know if you questions about your membership type and or cart stall rental needs.

 

Debit System:  You will receive a debit form in the mail. Please follow the instructions included with the mailing.  If you would like to switch to the debit system, contact:

     New members joining after January 1 shall have their first year dues pro-rated from month membership is requested. New members are defined as a single/family that have not belonged for at least three years; therefore, if a member decides not to join in January 2013 but wants to re-join in June of 2013, dues will not be pro-rated and dues for the entire year shall be paid. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.

SECONDARY MEMBERSHIPS
These members will not be pro-rated, nor do they require membership purchase.

Social Membership (non-recreational): $50 (sales tax included)
Student Membership: $165 (sales tax included)
Out-of-County Family Membership: $385 (sales tax included)
Out-of-County Single Membership: $320 (sales tax included)

Dues may be paid in two installments.
The first installment is due January 14 of each year.
The second installment is due June 15 of each year.
Dues not received by these dates will incur a $50 late charge for each month late.
